With 14 parks and a marina, there are many opportunities for outdoor and water activities. Peacock Park is a popular location for kickball and softball teams to play and it has open bay views perfect for jogging with a new outdoor playground for the kids. David Kennedy Park features an outdoor gym, a dog park, and a kid’s area. The neighborhood also has a sailing club that has programs for both students and adults.
